Community Choir

The New Alexandria Community Choir was established in 2009.  Our group sings on Memorial Day at New Alexandria’s annual service organized by the New Alexandria Post #652 Robert C. Dornon American Legion.

The NACC also presents several shows of an annual Christmas cantata, featuring opportunities for special narrators and soloists.

Vocal auditions are not required and all levels of musicianship may join.  Members may choose to participate only in the Memorial Day or Christmas cantata choir, or both presentations. Rehearsals are held locally – typically Monday and/or Thursday evenings at 6:30pm.  The NACC is a non-profit organization and has been very successful due to the continued support of many donations. An optional, fresh WREATH GREENS fundraiser takes place each fall.
